BLAST Open Porto 2026 Invites Announced

BLAST has revealed the list of teams that received direct invitations to BLAST Open Porto in Counter-Strike 2. The event will begin on August 24 with the group stage at the BLAST studio in Copenhagen.
The invites went to the top 12 teams in the VRS ranking at the cutoff date of July 6. All invited teams accepted their spots, meaning they will compete in the main stage of the tournament. They will be joined by four teams that qualified through regional qualifiers: Lynn Vision, M80, Sharks, and Inner Circle.
Falcons, Vitality, Spirit, and Natus Vincere will be among the main favorites at BLAST Open Porto. Vitality will try to return to winning form after their success at the previous BLAST Open Rotterdam, while Falcons will enter the tournament as the Cologne Major champions. FURIA, 9z, Aurora, G2, BetBoom, MOUZ, Legacy, and FUT are also on the participant list.

The group stage will take place in Copenhagen, after which the top six teams will travel to Porto. The final stage will be held from September 4 to 6 at the Super Bock Arena - Pavilhão Rosa Mota.
