To activate the console in CS2, press the "~" key. Ensure that the "Enable Console" option is turned on in the game settings. Then, activate the developer console by entering the command sv_cheats 1 in the console.

After activating the developer console, save the following CS2 commands to remove hand shaking:

• cl_bobamt_lat 0: eliminates weapon swaying left and right.

• cl_bobamt_vert 0: fixes the vertical axis of the player’s wrists, removing involuntary hand movements up and down.
