The road to PGL Singapore Major 2026 is getting shorter, and the latest qualification projections suggest that several teams can already feel confident about their chances.
As of October 11, nine CS2 teams have an estimated 99% probability of reaching the Major. For everyone else, the situation is far less comfortable.
Alliance currently leads the group of teams fighting for the remaining invitations, but even its 35.7% qualification probability leaves plenty of uncertainty.
With the final places still undecided, upcoming results could completely reshape the picture.

Nine Teams Are Already Close to Booking Their Tickets
According to the latest projections, the following teams have approximately a 99% chance of qualifying for PGL Singapore 2026:
MOUZ
Team Spirit
Team Vitality
Falcons
Aurora
FUT
G2 Esports
Astralis
1w
Although these are not official confirmations, the numbers suggest that all nine teams have built a significant advantage over their closest competitors.
For established names such as Vitality, Spirit, MOUZ and Falcons, their positions reflect the strength they have demonstrated throughout the season.
Meanwhile, the presence of FUT, Aurora and 1w adds variety to a potential Major lineup that could feature very different approaches to Counter-Strike.
The biggest question now is which teams will join them in Singapore.
Alliance Leads a Qualification Race With No Clear Favorite
Things become much more interesting further down the projections.
Alliance currently has the highest probability among the teams still competing for the remaining spots, sitting at 35.7%.
However, that figure is hardly a guarantee.
Envy follows with 31.1%, while BIG holds a 29.7% chance. The differences are small enough that a strong tournament performance could change the standings considerably.
100 Thieves are also firmly in contention at 29.4%, just 0.3 percentage points behind BIG.
Here is how the leading contenders compare:
Alliance: 35.7%
Envy: 31.1%
BIG: 29.7%
100 Thieves: 29.4%
Luminosity: 23.6%
HOTU: 20.8%
What makes this group particularly interesting is the lack of a dominant favorite.
Alliance may be leading the projections, but its advantage over Envy, BIG and 100 Thieves is relatively narrow.
For these teams, every remaining opportunity to improve their results matters. A disappointing tournament could prove costly, while an unexpected deep run might provide the boost needed to reach Singapore.
FNATIC and GamerLegion Still Have a Chance
Not every team outside the leading group is out of contention.
FNATIC and GamerLegion remain in the race, although their qualification probabilities suggest they face a difficult challenge.
FNATIC currently sits at 15.3%, slightly ahead of GamerLegion at 13.9%.
Further down the list, JiJieHao has a 9.9% chance of qualifying.
The remaining teams face even longer odds:
Eternal Fire: 3.8%
Nemesis: 3.5%
BBL: 0.9%
SINNERS: 0.1%
These numbers do not mean qualification is impossible.
They do, however, suggest that teams near the bottom of the projections will need more than just a few good performances. They may also require favorable results elsewhere in the qualification race.
For BBL and SINNERS in particular, reaching the Major would be a major surprise based on the current estimates.
Why the Final Major Invitations Are Still Uncertain
One important detail is worth remembering: these percentages represent predictions, not confirmed invitations.
The calculations reflect the situation on October 11, meaning they can change as teams complete their remaining matches and tournament appearances.
A team with a 30% qualification probability is not necessarily in a bad position. It simply means that several possible outcomes could still prevent it from securing a place.
This is especially relevant for Alliance, Envy, BIG and 100 Thieves, whose chances are close enough to make the race unpredictable.
The teams already sitting near 99% have considerably more breathing room. Their competitors cannot afford the same luxury.

What to Expect Before PGL Singapore 2026
The current projections point toward a Major featuring many of the biggest names in professional CS2.
Vitality, MOUZ, Team Spirit and Falcons appear extremely likely to attend, alongside five other teams with similarly strong qualification prospects.
But the remaining invitations are where the real uncertainty lies.
Alliance has a slight statistical advantage, Envy and BIG are close behind, and 100 Thieves remain within striking distance. Luminosity, HOTU and several other teams are still hoping to improve their positions.
As the qualification race approaches its conclusion, even small changes in results could have major consequences.
For now, nine teams can look toward Singapore with confidence. Everyone else still has something to prove.
