Donk Switches to a New Wireless ZOWIE Mouse Without Side Buttons

Danil “donk” Kryshkovets continues to experiment with his gear setup. On January 24, the Team Spirit rifler played against PARIVISION using a brand-new mouse — a wireless model from ZOWIE.

Previously, donk was known for using the Logitech G Pro X Superlight, but he has now switched to a device produced by ZOWIE, a company that also has a partnership with Team Spirit. One of the most noticeable features of the new mouse is the lack of side buttons, which is an unusual choice on the professional scene where extra controls are often used for convenience.

Former Team Spirit captain Leonid “chopper” Vishnyakov shared additional insight into the switch. According to him, donk is not only testing the mouse, but is also working directly with ZOWIE on a future personalized product line.

“By the way, this is donk’s new mouse. He’s making his own one together with ZOWIE — a signature edition. Soon you’ll be playing like him when it comes out,” chopper said.

In the match against PARIVISION, donk finished with a K/D of 46–46 and a 1.1 rating. While the performance was solid, the debut of his new mouse has already sparked interest, especially with the hint of an upcoming signature release.
