The CEO of the esports organization Team Falcons, Musaed “Msdossary” Al-Dossary, has shared information about the salaries of two key players on the team’s Counter-Strike 2 roster - Ilya “m0NESY” Osipov and Nikola “NiKo” Kovač. According to him, these esports players currently have the largest contracts in the club.
According to the head of the organization, both players earn a monthly salary ranging from $16,000 to $32,000. The exact amount depends on several factors, including the team’s results at tournaments and the overall performance of the players on the professional scene.
“NiKo and m0NESY earn between $16,000 and $32,000 per month. Their income also depends on tournament results. They have the biggest contracts in the club.”
This information once again highlights the status of both players as key figures in the Falcons roster. NiKo is considered one of the most experienced and decorated players on the professional Counter-Strike scene, while m0NESY has remained one of the most talented young AWPers in the world for several years.
In the near future, Falcons will participate in the BLAST Open Rotterdam 2026 tournament, which will become the next major challenge for the roster. The championship will take place from March 18 to March 29, 2026.
The group stage of the event will be played at the BLAST studio in Copenhagen, Denmark, while the playoff stage will take place at Ahoy Arena in Rotterdam, Netherlands. A total of 16 teams will compete for a $400,000 prize pool.
