Major Ban Wave Hits CS2 – Valve Bans Over 7,600 Accounts

On August 6, Counter-Strike 2 saw another major wave of bans. Valve banned more than 7,600 accounts, according to statistics published by CS2 Stats.
According to the platform, around 35,500 accounts have been banned over the past 30 days. However, the latest wave was not the largest one recorded during this period.
The biggest ban wave of the past month took place on July 25, when Valve banned around 9,900 accounts in a single day.

Combined, the two largest ban waves on July 25 and August 6 affected more than 17,500 CS2 accounts.
