NEO Leaves FaZe Clan Coaching Position

FaZe Clan has officially announced that the organization is parting ways with its Counter-Strike head coach Filip 'NEO' Kubski. The news was shared through the team’s social media channels, where FaZe thanked the Polish veteran for nearly three years of work with the roster.
NEO joined FaZe as a coach in 2023 and quickly became an important figure within one of the most recognizable teams in professional Counter-Strike. In the announcement, the organization highlighted his dedication, hard work, and the many memorable moments he helped create during his time with the team. FaZe also stated that Kubski will “always be part of the FaZe family and a legend in the world of Counter-Strike.”
During his tenure, NEO worked with the team through several roster changes and competitive seasons, helping maintain FaZe’s presence among the top-tier teams on the global CS scene. Before transitioning into coaching, Kubski built a legendary career as a player and is widely regarded as one of the most iconic figures in the history of Counter-Strike.
Following his departure, FaZe confirmed that their analyst Vyacheslav 'Grub' Korynin will step in as interim head coach while the organization evaluates long-term options.
