Ryu and phzy Join Astralis Roster

Astralis have officially announced the signing of Gytis “ryu” Glušauskas and Love “phzy” Smidebrant. The Danish organization continues to reshape its CS2 lineup as it looks to regain consistency and return to the top tier of the competitive scene.

Ryu joins Astralis after competing for Monte. Over the past three months, the Lithuanian rifler played 62 maps and recorded an impressive 1.16 rating, establishing himself as a reliable and impactful performer. His recent form made him one of the more notable emerging players on the European scene.

Phzy makes his move to Astralis from 9INE. During his time with the Polish organization, the Swedish player featured in 23 maps and finished with an average rating of 1.00. Having previous experience at a high competitive level, phzy now gets another opportunity to prove himself within a historically elite lineup.
