B1ad3 Names the Player He Enjoyed Coaching the Most

Andrey B1ad3 Gorodenskiy, head coach of Natus Vincere and former coach of FlipSid3 Tactics, has revealed which player was the easiest for him to work with as a coach. He shared his thoughts in a video on the ESL Counter-Strike YouTube channel.

According to B1ad3, the most comfortable player for him to coach was Valeriy b1t Vakhovskiy. He explained that younger players are generally easier to work with due to their willingness to listen and adapt.

“I think it’s b1t. It’s usually easier to work with younger players. You can build a system because they listen and don’t constantly argue or try to take the game in a different direction,” B1ad3 said.

He also mentioned coolio as an example of a coach successfully applying a similar approach by building teams around disciplined players and developing strong systems over time.

Among other players he enjoyed working with, B1ad3 highlighted Denis electroNic Sharipov. He particularly noted their time together in FlipSid3 Tactics, where electroNic impressed with his in-game decision-making. The player later joined Natus Vincere at the peak of his form.

B1ad3 also commented on working with Oleksandr s1mple Kostyliev, describing it as a more challenging experience from a coaching perspective.

“S1mple is a unique player. You can’t really coach him heavily. You can only guide him slightly—adjust his energy here and there, but you can’t completely change him,” he explained.

B1ad3 and b1t have been working together in Natus Vincere since December 2020. During this time, they have won multiple top-tier tournaments, including two Majors, establishing themselves as one of the most successful duos in the scene.

At the time of writing, Natus Vincere are competing at IEM Rio 2026, where they have already reached the playoffs.
